VORMAN RETURN POLICY
§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Return Policy sets out the rules for returning Products purchased in the vorman.pl Store (hereinafter: "Store") and the procedures applicable in the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement and return of a Product in connection with a complaint.
The Return Policy constitutes an integral part of the Store's Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Return Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Matters not regulated by this Return Policy shall be governed by the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
§ 2 WITHDRAWAL FROM AGREEMENT (STATUTORY RIGHT OF RETURN – 14 DAYS)
- A Customer who is a Consumer and has concluded a distance Sales Agreement may withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which the Customer takes possession of the Product.
- In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Agreement shall be deemed not to have been concluded, and the Consumer is obliged to return the Product without delay, no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the declaration of withdrawal. Dispatching the parcel before the expiry of that period is sufficient to meet the deadline.
- The Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product (shipping it back to the Seller).
- The Product should be returned to the following address: 15252127269 Room 4-2179, Huijian International, Luoshe Town, Huishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China (suggested return address).
- The Consumer shall be liable for any diminishment in the value of the Product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
- The Seller shall refund to the Consumer all payments received under the Sales Agreement (including the costs of delivering the Product to the Customer to the extent provided for in the Terms and Conditions), without delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, subject to the Seller's right to withhold the refund until the Product has been received back or proof of its return has been provided — whichever occurs first.
- The refund shall be made using the same payment method that the Consumer used, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different method of refund that does not entail any additional costs for the Consumer.
- Regardless of the return address indicated above, the Consumer may also return the Product to an address that the Seller will provide upon contact with the store's customer service via email.
§ 3 PRODUCT RETURN IN CONNECTION WITH A COMPLAINT (NON-CONFORMITY WITH THE AGREEMENT)
- In the event of non-conformity of the Product with the Agreement, the Customer may lodge a complaint in accordance with the Store's Terms and Conditions.

- In order to assess the non-conformity of the Product with the Agreement, the Consumer is obliged to make the Product available to the Seller, and the Seller is required to collect the Product at its own expense (applicable to returns under a complaint).
- In the case of a justified complaint, the Seller shall, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, cover the costs of repair or replacement and re-delivery of the Product to the Customer, as well as any other costs arising from applicable law and the Terms and Conditions.
- The Seller shall respond to the complaint without delay, no later than 14 days from the date it was submitted.
